The Conformity of the New Criminal Code and of the New Code of Criminal Procedure with the Constitution of Romania

The present intervention successively analyzes, first the judicial control of constitutionality of the law established in Romania, reflecting the constitutional provisions in the new Criminal Code and the new Code of Criminal Procedure and reflecting the criminal law in force in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Romania.
