Preparation of Ce-Zr-Si composites oxide supported catalysts and application for cold start of oxidative reforming

In the case of domestically used fuel cell (FC) systems where startup and shutdown are repeated frequently, it is required to minimize the time for start up the reforming system. Here, oxidative reforming (OR) of hydrocarbons is a promising approach for such FC systems, because of its excellent total energy efficiency and high hydrogen formation rate.
