摘要

The citrus byproduct (CBP) can be utilized for the efficient production of many phytochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pectin and dietary fibers. The potential advantage of CBP as a feed ingredient would be immune enhancement because of its high concentrations of vitamin C and phenolic compounds. The fermentation process of CBP showed better nutrient digestibility compared to non-fermented byproducts in sheep diets and improved its nutritional values.
