An Application of Bass Model in China 3G Market Forecasting

摘要

This paper creatively applies Revised Bass Model (RBM) to test the development of China 3C markets. First, this paper obtained the real data to get rough diffusion characters of China 3G communication market. Furthermore, this paper refers to the existing research work to get the reasonable empirical values of parameters for RBM. In the predicting section, the authors conclude that it takes about 36 months, i.e. 3 years, to reach the maximum point of the sale revenues.
