A Measure Study on Quality Improvement of Employment of College Graduates

摘要

This paper has analyzed the definition of quality of college graduates' employment, revealing the current situation and the main causes. Correspondent counter-measures are provided at the same time, including enhancing employment guidance for graduates, improving graduates' employability, establishing correct mores and concept of employment and intensifying macro-control of the government.
