Study on the Timing Sequence of High Quality Development of Regional Economy Based on Boom State : —Taking Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong as Examples

Based on the basic connotation of high-quality economic development, the evaluation system of economic development state is established from five aspects to analyze the quality of economic development more comprehensively. The synthetic index method is used to calculate the leading and consistent index and analyze the boom index of high-quality economic development, and the empirical research method is used to discuss the temporal characteristics of economic development in different regions. The research results show that the evaluation system and the boom index can better reflect the state of economic development. The high-quality economic development of the three regions as a whole show cyclical fluctuation development and the fluctuation has slowed down in recent years. The fluctuation cycle is about 3.5 years and the fluctuation frequency is relatively short. Since 2012, the economic development momentum of Guangdong province has been stronger and its structure has been optimized, especially in infrastructure construction, financial investment and the development of tertiary industry. This has radiated the economic development of the surrounding areas and promoted the implementation of the policy of economic development transformation.
