Lijiang is a famous tourist attraction in China, the energy saving control of central air conditioning in Lijiang area has not been paid attention for a long time. This paper presents an energy-saving operation control method for the central air conditioning users of Lijiang, which is based on the parallel working scene of several refrigerated pumps in the chilled water system by constant temperature difference and variable flow technologies. According to the change of cooling load, the method adjusts the cooling capacity supply in time based on the model of heat balance in air-conditioned rooms, and sets the switching boundary conditions of switchable pump input and exit switching automatically. At the same time, the influences of indoor temperature setting, water supply temperature and fresh air ratio on energy saving effect is analyzed. Several control strategies are put forward, such as water pump group control, reasonable temperature setting, new air ratio regulation, transition season air supply scheme and so on, which realize optimal control of pumps in chilled water system. Finally, the simulation analysis is carried out on the MATLAB/Simulink model. The operation results show quite good energy efficiency by the group control strategy in this paper.
