Implementation of e-government through communication and information technology becomes a big hope towards the increasing quality of public services and improvement of performance in the management of local finance. Implementation of e-government in the effort of transparency of financial management in each region is part of synchronization and synergy between Directorate General of Regional Finance Ministry of Internal Affairs with each Local Government in order to support transparency and accountability of regional finance. through decentralized e-government management, e-government in the local government has not been able to provide a space for communication for the community to channel aspirations and to oversee the financial management of riau province.
