The paper focused on the design of open telematics architecture for telemedicine, linked to a mobile and ubiquitous based in Arduino device, a standalone device with direct connection to the cellular data network LTE (Long Term Evolution). The device developed allows multiplexing biometric readings through the adaptation of specialized Sensors and distributed in different parts of the body: Glucometer Sensor, Body Temperature Sensor, Blood Pressure Sensor (Sphygmomanometer),Pulse and Oxygen in Blood Sensor (SP02),Airflow Sensor (Breathing),Galvanic Skin Response Sensor (GSR - Sweating), Electrocardiogram Sensor (ECG),Electromyography Sensor (EMG). The hardware wireless modem connection is TELIT Le910, which allows obtain geo positioning signal of each patient in real time through GPS positioning system GLONASS with biometric readings.
