OPEN SOURCE SYSTEM INTEGRATION FOR SME USE

摘要

The use of ERP, CRM, DMS and BI systems in small and medium enterprises cannot just be realized with proprietary but also with open source systems. Two main points have to be considered: first of all a market analysis in the SME area is needed to understand if SMEs already uses such enterprise systems. Secondly, the open source systems have to be compared in different ways to receive the best combination of these products. This paper proposes an SME market research as well as a way to analyse open source products by licensees, activity and interfaces.
