A simplified calculation method of pulverized coal gasification process

摘要

The simplified calculation method of pulverized coal gasification reaction was established on the basis of the characteristics of the pulverized coal gasification technology and the analysis of the pulverized coal gasification reaction mechanism.By calculating the material balance of the gasification reactants, the reliability of the simplified calculation was validated from the two aspects of the system reaction process and the final gas composition.The information about the gasifier outlet gas composition and the effective gas yield under different process conditions was obtained from the simplified calculation method.The result could be used to predict the effect of process conditions on gasification results and provide references for engineering design.
