The paper summarizes comprehensive utilization of crop straw methods, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures and prospect. Straw is a mature crops the floorboard of the stem part.It usually refers to wheat, rice, sugar cane, corn, potato, oil, cotton and other crops after harvest seeds of the rest[1].The collectible resource of national crop straw is 687 million tons in 2009.(CHINA AGRICULTURE YEARBOOK,2010)Straw"With the benefit,abandon the harm"[2].So countries attached great importance to the comprehensive utilization of straw, the central file No. 1 in 2006 pointed out that to develop resource conservation and environmental protection of agricultural technology, focu on promotion of waste comprehensive utilization technology, link to industry technology and the technology of renewable energy development and utilization.Central file no. 1, 2007 with crop straw as the main raw material is put forward to speed up the development of biomass fuel, fertilizer, feed, start the crop straw gasification and curing fuel pilot projects, support the straw feed utilization.And for two consecutive years in 2008 and 2008 made the policy of comprehensive utilization of straw.Goal is to strive for to 2015, the basic sets up straw collecting system, the basic forms a rational layout, comprehensive utilization of multiple utilization of straw, industrialization pattern, the straw comprehensive utilization rate of more than 80%[3].At present, the comprehensive utilization of straw is about 65%, there is a certain distance from 80%, so the straw comprehensive utilization needs to be further improved.
