Da-Bie mountain is located in the mid-eastern mainland of China with peak at 1777m and more than 200km in latitude and longitude,which balks warm humid southwest flow from Jiang-Han Plain to Jiang-Huai Plain and forces the flow passing through the Yang-Zi River vale during Mei-Yu period.
