Hospital IT has a major role in individual health, public health and health care. Hospital IT has satisfied the information needs, led to hospital control in daily routine practices and further made it possible to ease and accelerate programming and managing the managerial budgeting decisions. The present study is to analyses the hospital IT acceptance and performance among public hospitals' staff in Rasht. 335 people were selected using Cochran formula. In order to collect the needed data, the standard questionnaire called LIKRET scale was used. To study the effects of variables and in order to analyses the data, structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analyses were used with LISREL software. The results showed that Effort expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Impact and Facilitating Conditions have meaningful impact on the way people view the hospital IT. Further, the staffs' viewpoints have a positive and meaningful influence on the staff's real behavior.
