摘要

Since cellulose acetate has been widely used for membrane separations and chiral stationary phase in HPLC,an enantioseleetive membrane was prepared using cellulose acetate as the membrane material.The flux and permselective properties of a membrane were studied using 2-phenyl-1-propanol racemate as the feed solution.The top surface and cross-section morphology of the resulting membrane were examined using scanning electron microscopy.,An optical resolution of over 90% enantiomeric excess was achieved when the enantioselective membrane was prepared with 20wt.% cellulose acetate and 20wt.% N,N-dimethylformamide in the casting solution of acetone.This work indicates that the enantioselective cellulose acetate membrane could soon become very attractive for industrial uses.
