The problems are analyzed that the current railway generator car adopts relay contactor control and instrumentation monitoring system poor reliability, heavy repair work and staffs labor intensity high. The overall scheme design microcomputer monitoring system of railway generator car is proposed based on the Japanese Mitsubishi Corporation's Control & Communication Link (CC-Link). And the system power supply unit as an example. The solutions for the design CC-Link bus technology and other key technologies are provided. The system can be realized power supply system and cooling fan automatic monitoring for the diesel oil power car, reduce the equipment failure rate, reduce the labor intensity of staff. This provides reference for CC-Link fieldbus technology application in other field.
