摘要

Identifying cognitive law of customer for hotel‘s vale is very important to customer value innovation.The paper,through a content analysis of the hotel Reviews on www.daodao.com and www.lvping.com,analyses cognitive carrier and composition of customer value for upscale city hotels.The study result provides references for the innovation of customer value to upscale hotels.The study aims to stress the significance of internet review in the study of Consumer Behavior in Tourism and the big vale for Tourism Enterprises.
