The influence of bioecological factors (heavy metals and radiation) on the biodiversity of spiders of Azerbaijan, definition of content of heavy metals has been obtained by a method atom-absorbtsionn spectrometry method on atom-absorbtsion spectrometer AAS 300 (Perkin Elmer) and the activity of radionuclids has been obtained by "Canberra" γ-spectrometer. In samples of spiders of Agalenatea redii (Scopoli, 1963), Araniella cucurbitina (Clerck, 1758), Gubbaranea bituberculata (Walckenaer, 1802), Gibbaranea gibosa (Walckenaer, 1802) species have been defined Mn (16.9), Zn (70.4), Cu (52.3), Fe (7.145) and Cd (0.1), Ni (<0.1), Fe (96.2)Cr (16.1) mg/kg. Thus, in comparative aspect influence of ecological factors on a biodiversity of spiders is revealed. Higher concentration of metals and activity of U~(238) and K~(40) isotpes has been defined in the organism and of spiders.
