摘要

Communication may have different roles and tasks to achieve strategic orientation for Small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) compared to larger enterprises. SMEs communication activities have received limited research attention and heir potential may be misunderstood if conventional communication activities appear more intuitive than strategically planned. This paper examines the issues of constraints,strategies for marketing communication, strategy analysis of SMEs, structure of cross-relational communication, etc.
