摘要

Strategy of diversification,as an eternal subject in development of enterprises, continuously draws extensive attention from industrial and academic circles at home and abroad. I use the concept "cognitive model" to explain how the firm's diversification strategy and management approach evolved. Cognitive perspective mainly investigates problems of management matching in diversified businesses. In this research project, I will explore the shaping mechanism of cognitive model, the process of cognitive rigidity, the features of rigidity and the ways to change the cognitive model, aiming at liberating the managers from rigid cognitive model to adapt to requirement of diversified management.
