The Model and Evaluation Research of Business Integration Maturity in Financial Holding Company

This article will combine maturity theory with integration process of financial holding company organically, at the same time, reference the concepts and ideas of CMM model and present the innovative point of business integration maturity in financial holding company and its model (BIMM). With FuBon financial holding company as an example, using AHP and the Fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate its maturity. Through this process of research, this article provids a leading framework to financial holding company for raising its level of business integration maturity.
