Investment Benefit Analysis and Study of Environmental Protection In Rural Highway Construction Projects

摘要

On the basis of analysis of the environmental cost, environmental resource and “three-benefits”, the paper discusses the main evaluating indicator and method of the benefit analysis combining with the real characteristic of the benefit of investment on environmental protection in rural highway construction projects. At the same time, the paper adopts specific method of calculation, which mainly analyzes the investment benefit of the ecology protection and environmental noise pollution abatement.
