The environment is seriously polluted and a high incidence of occupational disease such as silicosis is caused by blasting dust containing a large number of fine particles.Now a lot of research work has been done solving the problem of blasting dust,the some achievements on dust removal has been obtained.Due to the particularity of blasting dust,the blasting dust hasn't been completely eliminated.In this paper,the blasting dust test system is designed and established independently,according to the different position of water bag,the charge structure model tests are done respectively.Based on results of model tests,the best dust blasting charge structure is selected.Through the model test result,dust absorption effect is the best,adsorption rate of is 73.49% in using the radial water arrangement tests and dust adsorption rate is 67.47% in using orifice water arrangement tests.Based on model test in the laboratory and site test,a blasting effect is achieved.In using orifice way dust charging structure of water,dust absorption effect is obvious,dust adsorption rate is 70.27%~77.42% after 20 min ventilation.
