Research on the problems of innovating and upgrating the Liaoning machine tools industrial chain

Machine tools industry of Liaoning province plays an importenct role in China. Shenyang machine tool Co. Ltd and Dalian machine tool Co. Ltd delegate the highest level of Chinese machine tools enterprises. The paper analyze the tecnology innovation of machine tools industry of Liaoning from the industrial chain view. The core problems of machine tool industry of Liaoning provice are short of the core tecnology and the industry chains are "low-end locked" and ect. Through analyzing the problems, we construct the industry chain upgrade patterns such as "demand pull pattern", "the spreading development pattern" " merger the foreign enterprises". And put forward the proposal to upgrade the industry chain of Liaoning machine tool industry.
