Study of the Developing Strategies of Seeking Origins Industry in Central China Based on SWOT Analysis

The seeking origins industry refers to the total of all the economic phenomena that generated by pursuing human spirits and tracing back the traditional culture. There are abundant cultural resources for seeking origins in Henan province; through over twenty years' efforts, the exploitation of the resources has become an important part in exploitation of Henan historical and cultural resources, which gradually led to the formation of a new industry. In addition, the development of such an industry will play an increasingly important role in realizing "the Rise of Central China" and in the process of building China into a moderately prosperous society in a well-rounded way. Established in the cultural resources for seeking origins, this paper employs the SWOT methods to analyze the industry's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on the analysis of its current development to conduct a study of its developing strategies and put forward some strategic suggestions for the guidance of its sustainable development in Central China.
