On Skipping Classes of College Students in E-Education A Perspective of Game Theory

摘要

This paper aims to study the fundamental reasons why more and more college students in China in E-education Times prefer to skip classes, especially English classes applying Game Theory which is a brand new field of study. Different game theory models under the condition of asymmetric information are put forward and analyzed by comparing the costs and pay-offs of both players, teachers and students at college in China. The equilibrium is arrived at to help the teachers and the university with the optimal strategies to improve the situation by studying the two players' behaviors.
