Peer learning is a topic in the educationpsychology field. From the career development andhuman resource development perspectives, peer learningplays an important roles in human resource manage andlearning organization building. This paper focused onthe relationship among self-consciousness(SC), academicself-efficiency(ASE) and peer learning(PL). By themethods of SEM and sample from college students,authors found that those cognitive psychology variableshave positive influence on peer learning.
