摘要

As development of the knowledge economy and e-business, knowledge management (KM) is becoming increasingly important. By the rapid development of information technology, especially network technology and e-business, channels to get information continue to expand, means of access to get information gradually fast, corporate information rapidly expanded. In the e-business environment, except acquiring supply and demand information through the Internet and modern information technology, integrating of enterprise value chain enterprises the more important question is how to deeply manage all information, then knowledge management have emerged so. However, many enterprises still do not realize to use the knowledge management a business management strategy which can promote enterprise development and competitiveness in the long-term. This paper would like to do a little useful discussions on this.
