Analysis on the Constituting Factors of Business Process Outsourcing Service Quality

With IT development, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) has become the developing trend for service outsourcing, which has attracted more and more people’s attention. This paper gave a new explanation on the definition of BPO, and analyzed the factors influencing BPO service quality based on BPO characteristic analysis.
