摘要

The model of large merchandise sales logistics is both traditional and new. Model of Sales logistics does not fully realize the logistics flow and business flow separation. Enterprise are very few overall outsourcing logistics to the third party company and logistics operating costs is higher. Innovative model of logistics Base on E-business is that deliver large merchandise sales to the regional distribution center by the third-party logistics enterprise management and then distribution to customers. Business flow finish in e-business website, retail stores or shops. Capital flow is from customers to the retailer or store then to manufacturers. In the case of online sales, cash flow can be completed through a bank. Innovative model of logistics is better integration model of the large merchandise sales logistics then it achieve must to be co-operation, logistics outsourcing, information management and distribution benefits reasonable.
