摘要

The slip ratio control problem in anti-lock braking system (ABS) is highly nonlinear and complicated. In this paper, a sliding mode controller is developed to generate appropriate torque for the driving motor of two-wheel electric vehicles that ensures optimality of the slip ratio for efficient vehicle brake. The design is based on a novel short-circuit braking mechanism to emulate the mechanical ABS for the traditional gas-powered vehicles.
