摘要

objective: Probe into biological signal collecting and processing computer system is the role in medical experimental study, along with study the specific adhibition in comparative experimental study about notoginseng injection influencing the electrophysiological characteristics of nervus after sciatic nerve of rabbits were damaged. Methods: First analyzed the the basic working principle of biological signal collecting and processing computer system, and applied range in medical experimental study, argument specific usage of biological signal collecting and processing computer system in comparative experimental study about notoginseng injection influencing the electrophysiological characteristics of nervus after sciatic nerve of rabbits were damaged. Results: The biological signal collecting and processing computer system has been widely used for medical experimental study, It can greatly improve the medical experimental study is the quality and efficiency. Conclusion: The biological signal collecting and processing computer system can completely record the experimental data in the experiment; in the experimental study of rabbit with sciatic nerve was compressed injury, based on biological signal collecting and processing computer system to records the data, show the therapeutical group of useing notoginseng injection were significantly better than the control group on rabbit sciatic nerve conduction velocity and decay time of action potential(P<0.05).Based on biological signal collecting and processing computer system to build the database of experimental data, in a same experimental study, in the different research phase to proceed comparison of experimental data and standardized dispose of experimental operation has good help, can make the experimental study to is more scientific and higher reliability, to maximize bring into play the role of biological signal collecting and processing computer system.
