The directional warhead using multi-point initiation control has become an important development direction to enhance the warhead lethality, but the application of directional warhead raises new challenges to multi-point initiation control system. This paper adopts all-electronic safety and arming device with piezoelectric high-voltage converter as initiation logic control circuit to study the multi-point directional warhead initiation control system and to propose its overall design scheme. Based on a distributed initiation control of detonating column, the control logic circuits of the multi-point initiation and high-voltage converter circuit are designed. The experiment prototype of high-voltage converter circuit is achieved; the experimental results prove that the charging technology can meet the engineering requirement of control systems. It establishes the theoretical and practical basis for realization of multi-point initiation directional warhead using the piezoelectric high-voltage converter.
