摘要

Based on the Proceeds Multiplier Method of brand value assessment and the features of real estate brand building, the consumer-based evaluation index to the index system of real estate brand assessment were introduced and a new evaluation index system model for real estate brand was designed. The empirical analysis results demonstrate that the new evaluation model can properly reflect the developing conditions of the real estate enterprises.
