Oblique well is used for traversing the loess gully or slope in the oil-gas pipeline engineering. It is an important problem how to determine the limit obliquity of inclined well for the oil-gas pipeline crossing. Based on the stability analysis theory of slope and the theoretical calculation formula of the limit obliquity of inclined well, the limit obliquity of inclined well with different slope heights, slope angles, internal friction angles, cohesion and weights are calculated based on a code written by the authors. The sequence of sensibilities is listed by orthogonal design. The results show that the slope angle is the key factors that influencing the limit obliquity of inclined well and the influence degree from big to small is slope angles, internal friction angles, cohesion, weights and slope heights. Therefore, the emphasis should be placed on the selection of slope angle in the design of limit obliquity of inclined well for Oil-gas Pipeline Crossing and the internal friction angle for the slope with definite angle as well.
