摘要

Based on the social exchanges and organizational support theory, this paper probes into the relationship among perceived organizational support of staff, affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior and puts forward the theory model in which affective commitment is the Intermediary between organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and did the empirical study on a listed textile private enterprise's 220 employees. The result indicates that organizational support can promote the affective commitment, which will also play a complete intermediary role between organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.
