This article analyzes the heritage of the Ningbo Group's spirit and the Ningbo businessmen's rising up. It points out the difference of entrepreneurship and innovation between the contemporary Ningbo businessmen and the other business groups; going by the successful experiences of other business groups' entrepreneurship and innovation; combining with the practical situations of the contemporary Ningbo businessmen's growth environment and growing up that in order to make some suggestions to strengthen the development and cultivation of the entrepreneurship and innovation.
