A Study on FDI's Crowd-out and Crowd-in Effect on Shanxi's Domestic Investment-Based on Panel Data Model

摘要

This paper uses provincial panel data of Shanxi to investigate the relationship between FDI and domestic investment and make a comprehensive and systematic study of the impact of foreign direct investment on domestic investment in the region. Results show that: For the central region and Shanxi province , FDI has caused the crowding -in effect on the domestic investment.However, due to the Shanxi provinc, such as economic management level differences, leading to FDI on domestic investment to crowd-in effect level of Shanxi provinc(5.88)higher than the levek of the central region(4.088).
