摘要

The gene's interaction has an important role in the quantitative trait. In the past, the maximum likelihood method were used to analysis the effects of quantitative trait loci. But these methods cannot estimate the gene's interactions efficiently. In this paper, a general statistical analysis model using the gene marker material fitting the orthogonal layout, the quantitative trait controlled by the interaction genes is researched. The result shows, this method can estimate the gene's relative effect and interaction gene group's relative effect efficiently, and the interaction gene's relation can also be estimated, and can probably be used to the fields of physiology, pathology and molecular biology, etc.
