E-realization of Volume-Cost-Profit Analysis

摘要

The enterprise managers often face such a decision problem as how big profit a product order can bring and if the order shall be accepted. Though sophisticated managers can make simple and direct judgments with the help of their experience, it is not an easy thing to judge the profit level directly, as the product order is separated from the profit by the income, cost and expense. The article introduces a convenient and fast method to resolve such a problem, that is to conduct profit prediction, cost control and scientific pricing by utilizing excel method and adopting volume-cost-profit analysis.
