Research of Control Technology in Near-Net-Shape Beam Blank Caster

摘要

This article is to investigate the automatic control of near-net-shape beam blank caster. By using the advanced control method, it realizes the load sharing control of withdrawal, the dynamic secondary cooling, the cutting optimization etc. It reduces the fault rate of system and improves the control precision. At the end, it improves the quality of casting blank and achieves the goal of design.
