The corroded RC beams are often found in engineer practices. How to evaluate the residual shearcapacity of corroded RC beam remains to be a very important problem in detection and evaluation ofstructure which is in dire need of solution. The residual shear capacity experiment of 8 corroded RC beams is conducted. The datum of experiment is analyzed and compared with uncorroded RC beam. The result of experiment and analyze show that there are obvious differences between shear behavior of corroded RC beam and uncorroded RC beam. Compared with uncorroded RC beam, the shear capacity of corroded RC beams fallen seriously, ductility weakens, and the ultimate load is close to yielding load.
