Living in some type natural environment, though individual ants are simple and without vision, the whole colony presents society characteristic being able to fulfill complex tasks which beyond the ability of an individual. The superior power roots in the cooperation of individuals. The extraordinary upgrade of the power based on the cooperation of individual corresponds to the connotation of dynamic alliance in industry. That is the reason for this paper referencing the bionic mechanism of the ant ecosystem to guide the constructing and running of the Regional Networked Manufacturing Dynamic Alliance (RNMDA). Enlightened by the ants, this paper creates the model of Role-element Ecosystem (REE) based on the rules of natural ant ecosystems. Differing from the Agent soft of computer systems, the role-elements are resource carriers and extend the meanings of Agent. Not only the soft can become role-elements, the equipments, persons, material and so on, can become role-element. The role-elements and the environment factors are studied with Agent-based modelling method. Based on the adaptability behaviours to the dynamic environment factors, the role-elements locate their position, obtain corresponding ability. Facing some market opportunities, apperceiving the change of environment factors of the regional networked manufacturing, the role-elements make decision and act reasonably to build dynamic alliance. The behaviours of the role-elements and the change of the environment factors influence and compose the state of the whole system. REE combines the networked manufacturing dynamic and the bionics, providing a innovative way to study the regional networked manufacturing systematically.
