In the fresh wording of the social order to education it is spoken mainly about active - creative, instead of subject - knowledge education. It in turn demands new approaches to an estimation of quality of education. As global pedagogical community it is recognized, that in modem conditions quality of education depends not on volume of actual knowledge of the individual, and from mastering by it key компетентностями. Today in domestic pedagogics the opportunity of modernization of education on competent to a basis is actively discussed.
