Strategic Thinking and Countermeasures of Sino- Russian Cooperation in Science and Technology and Economy and Trade

摘要

This paper put forward the strategic thinking of Sino -^sRussian cooperation in science and technology, economy and trade, clearly defined the strategic guiding ideology,basic principles,strategic objective and strategic breach, and further put forward the countermeasures which were to implement the strategy.
