Risk Forecast Method of Engineering Structure's Safety Reliability

摘要

In this paper, a method called the Risk Forecast Method is advanced to evaluate the fatigue reliability of engineering structures. This method uses the service information of the engineering structure and combines the types of the structural elements' life distributions and the Miner Liner Accumulated Damage Theory based on the consideration of the similarity of engineering structural load series. Risk value is used to estimate and monitor the danger, while the structural elements lose their effectiveness in different time. An example is given to compare with the result of experiment. The comparison result shows that the method in the paper is effective and practical.
