摘要

In this paper, the sequential seven-step extraction procedure was used for the selection of fractions of cadmium corresponding to cadmium exchangeable , bounded to carbonates, to manganese oxides , to organic matters, to amorphous iron, to crystallized iron associated, and to residuals. The vertical distributions of cadmium species were investigated in the soils related to good agriculture pratice (GAP) of Chinese medical materials of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort in Dujiangyan City and Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, which is the famous traditional producing area in China. On the basis of researches, it is found that the plant of Glycine Max (L. ) Merr. has the potentional of cadmium enrichment through root absorption, which is not reported in the literature. Using Glycine Max (L. ) Merr. with Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort planting alternatively is a valuable recommended to eliminate cadmium from the contaim-inated soils.
