'Inverted Evidence' and New Thought of Nurse Administrators

The implementation of new "Regulations" makes the hospital pass through some management system and the administrator's thought to face the challenge. In this study, we analyzed the disparity between "presenting evidence and inverting" and nursing. Under the current situation, it is of importance and urgency that adjusting the thought of managing, holding the key of managing, perfecting the routine system and strengthening the quality guarantee. We emphasized that an administrator must control and attend to the service quality from the angle of safeguarding the rights and interests of both sides of the patient and nursing staff, standardize the practicing behavior of doctors and nursing staff, improve the security of nursing, reduce nurse's professional risk as well as pay attention to efficiency, benefit and quality control.
