Comparison Between Two Estimation Methods of Wind Power Price

In the document issued by SDPC in 2001, wind power price shall be calculated as a lifetime price which will keep the same during the project's lifetime. Before then, wind power price was a debt-repayment-price, which ensured the developer to return the loan from bank and get reasonable profit. The change of calculation method will affect the wind power price and the profit of developers. This paper will construct a wind farm model and estimate the price with two methods mentioned above, make a comparison between the results and analyze the difference.
