It is worthwhile considering creation of joint venture, which could be responsible for development, manufacture and supply of technological equipment, set-up works and working modes alignment, aimed at obtaining end-products of unquestionable quality. Using such shops and production lines as a base, it will be possible to develop further techniques of higher still technological level in the future.
